Shipping and Delivery:
Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship orders within 1-2
business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed
the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping.
After your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days on standard
shipping and international shipping 7-20 business days (not including
holidays and weekends). If you have any issues with your order, contact us by
email popculturenola@gmail.com . We will respond to your email within 12-
24 hrs. If you have questions that require immediate responses, please call us

As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail
address provided with your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pop Culture Nola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your
tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not
received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged
packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
